On your survey for Lancashire Talking, you said that speeding was a priority concern for your area.  Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. 

Lancashire Constabulary takes reports of speeding seriously.  We understand speeding poses a real danger to everyone, not just road users. You can report regular excess speed to us at Speed Concern Submission – Lancashire Road Safety Partnership . 

We can continue to complete further road watch taskings with your support. If you make the report, we can complete the action.

You can also upload dashcam footage to OPERATION SNAP.   This allows our specialist teams to review and action footage sent in by members of the public. You can help make a real difference.

If your issue relates to parking:

If you’ve spotted bad or inconsiderate parking, you can report it directly to Lancashire County Council. They are the team responsible for dealing with parking issues.

Parking complaints such as vehicles on double yellows, obstructive parking, overstaying, or misuse of bays are usually handled by the local authority’s parking enforcement officers. Unless a vehicle is causing a dangerous obstruction or there’s another clear police matter, we can’t take enforcement action.
